In this podcast, Cliff, Donna, Justin and Jeff each grab a cold berverage, kick off their shoes and chat about the Division of Disruption, the curse of knowledge, trends, R&D, dream jobs, fishing expeditions, metahumans and professional services.

Professional Services was created out of the SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats) the Strategic Planning Committee conducted at the beginning of 2021. This podcast is an introduction for all employees at LSC to better understand Professional Services as an additional way to bring new revenue streams into all Lone Star Offices and offer new services to our customers. The new services are not necessarily dependent on Rauland Suite of products.

Training & Testing

Each month, selected employee positions will receive Phish Testing along with new short NINJIO microlearning videos. They are short, engaging animated videos that address specific threats in the cybersecurity landscape today. The topics covered can include password health, social media security, phishing emails or ransomware. The testing and videos will help keep you safe both in and out of work.

Expect emails from awareness@defendify.io. Each month going forward, those selected employee positions will be invited to watch a short, 4 minute video. The results from the testing and completion of the NINJIO microlearning videos will be documented and emailed to the COOs for each region.
